Return Policy Our 30 day money back guarantee means that we will accept your return for any reason and issue a refund to your credit card for the merchandise returned (shipping and gift wrap charges are excluded from refund) subject to the following conditions: All returns require a Return Authorization (RA Number.) Returns must be received by Rylee & Reeece within 30 days of your original order date. Returns must have an RA number written on the outside of the package to be accepted. All returns must be in their original unworn condition, tags, tickets, hang tags still attached and in their original packaging (plastic bags, hangers, etc.) Please note that shipping charges and gift wrap charges are not refundable. Holiday merchandise is final sale as of the date of the holiday. This includes velvet dresses, easter dresses and holiday outfits. All non-conforming items (ie worn, tags missing, etc) or late return requests will be considered final sale and a return authorization will not be issued. Exceptions may be made at our discretion subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge. Gift recipients may return for exchange only. Automatic Return Authorization and information are included with every shipment.
